Ethel Munalula
Director
Ethel Munalula is an experienced financial and corporate governance professional. She is also a management specialist and tax advisor, excellent team leader and project manager with 10 years of work experience in the financial and management consulting industry. Ethel Munalula is a self-starter and has successfully been involved in systems setup to enhance the control environment of various clients. She is also a fellow member Chartered Certified Accountant and an associate member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). Her professional experience in practice includes company secretarial, financial accounting, corporate finance, corporate governance and tax advisory.
Jethro Kamutsi
Managing Director
Jethro Kamutsi is an experienced company secretary, liquidator, deceased estates and trust administrator with over 25 years’ experience. Jethro started his working career at the Ministry of Justice, High Court, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe in the office of the Master. He worked for Tudor House Consultants, AMG Global Chartered Accountants, and PwC Zimbabwe (formerly PriceWaterhouseCoopers). In 2007, he joined BDO Botswana till 2012 when he was transferred to a related company, Kingsway, where he was the Managing Director. Jethro was responsible for the growth and the firm establishment of Kingsway as a reputable service provider in the market until his joining of Prestige Business Consultants in 2022 as its Managing Director. Jethro is a Fellow, Corporate Governance Institute (formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). He also holds two MBA degrees as well as an LLB Degree from the University of South Africa
