  • Liquidation means professionally bringing to an end the affairs of a company. This requires professionals to ensure that the rights of all stakeholders especially creditors are protected and due process is followed.
  • The affairs of businesses do not always turnout as expected. Some companies face different challenges and this may need interventions such as judicial management where professionals come in to rescue the business from total collapse. Despite judicial management being criticised a lot, we believe that for it to be successful there should be a combination of the right skills, experience, relevant business knowledge, adaptability to change, and  the use of appropriate strategies to get the desired results.
